More About Me

Tamami has been a resident of Northeast Los Angeles for 20 years where she and her engineer husband designed and built their custom hillside home. She started her real estate career as an investor and has been deeply involved in real estate activities such as purchasing, renovating and selling multi-unit rental income properties, single family dwellings and vacant land. Tamami also self-manages the multifamily rental properties she owns.

Tamami understands the needs and concerns of clients on both sides since she has been in each position in multiple transactions. While being a real estate investor, she has developed keen eyes to discover and distinguish value and quality among a large number of available properties on the market.

Originally from Japan, Tamami's father was an accomplished financier and her mother was an architect. Influenced by her parents' background in real-estate finance and architecture, real estate is a natural field for Tamami to be in. Tamami has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rikkyo University in Tokyo and an associate arts degree in Merchandise Marketing from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in LA.

Today, she is a mother of two teenage children and a beagle. She enjoys cooking different cuisines, hosting home parties and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She would love to brush up her skills in baking breads and pastries when she has free time.

Her background, attention to detail, work ethics, and organization skills facilitates a smooth, stress-free, and successful transaction for her real estate clients. In addition, Tamami is a bilingual in Japanese and English.
